Working Groups

Spectral Thinking Team operates as a network of individuals and (almost) independent Working Groups (WG). It is a distributed alliance of people with shared values rather than a legal entity with strong organizational rules. We develop open methodologies and support our members in finding custom ways to monetize them.

We support three types of working groups:

[public] Methodological Working Groups (MWGs) focus on exploring and designing methodological components, tools, templates, guides, etc. for various prisms (chapters) of the Spectral Thinking. The results of such groups are mostly free and open (at least for non-commercial usage).
[public] Applied Working Groups (AWGs) focus on applying the methodologies and tools developed by MWGs to specific domains, cases, and customers. The results of these groups might be both free+open (e.g., research reports) or private+closed (e.g., commercial activities).
[private] Private Working Groups (PWGs) are similar to AWGs but operate in corporate environment and usually run closed/private applied research programs related to one or another business domain. Usually that means that one of the MWGs or AWGs members uses our public methodologies and tools for employer needs.
